Relevant Experience /Roadway Facilities

• Hiatus Road (Broward Blvd. To Oakland Park Blvd.) Broward County, Florida. Work included evaluation of site, coordination with other disciplines, preparation of preliminary landscape plans, preparation of landscape construction documents, preparation of irrigation construction documents, and preparation of pay item cost estimates, production of construction details, notes and specifications. The scope of services consisted of preparation of preliminary landscape plans, landscape construction documents, specifications, professional preparer's statement and landscape legend ordinance, irrigation construction documents, and attendance to progress meetings, site inspections and construction administration services.
  
  
• Marsielle Drive (Bay Drive to Rue Versailles) - Normandy Isle, Florida. The scope of services consisted of preparation of landscape & irrigation plans from preliminary phase through construction document phase for roadway medians and off-road
  
  
• Northwest 125th Street, City of North Miami, Florida. The work included evaluation of site and existing trees, grading, design of landscape and irrigation construction documents. Documents were inclusive of construction details, notes, specifications and construction estimates. Landscape design employed the use of shade trees, seasonal flowers and evergreen plant material. Work also included design of paving, and use of tree guards, production of construction details, notes, and specifications and pay item estimates. Irrigation design employed use of adjustable angle and low precipitation irrigation heads and rain sensors for period of heavy rainfall.
