- Mr. & Mrs. Rolando Delgado residence located at
Cocoplum, Florida.- The scope of services consisted of preparation
of preliminary landscape plan for presentation to board, landscape construction
documents, irrigation construction documents, fountain/lighting design,
grading & drainage design & construction administration. Our services
also included pool design and paving.
- Mr. & Mrs. Ramon Mijares Residence located in North
Miami Beach, Florida. The scope of services consisted of preparation
of Landscape Construction Documents, Irrigation Plan, Cost Estimate,
Specifications, Professional Preparer's statement and Landscape Legend
Ordinance.
- Skop Residence located at 1107 Asturia Avenue, Coral
Gables, Florida. The scope of services consisted of a preliminary
site inspection, preliminary deck design, deck construction documents
and landscape construction documents.
- Residence for Mrs. Susana Toyos for 5 Lots from
820 to 845 Lorca Street, Coral Gables, FLorida. The scope of services
to be rendered consisted of preparation of preliminary landscape plan
and landscape construction documents.
- Hazel Cypen - Miami Jewish Center.
The scope of services consisted of preparation of preliminary landscape
plans, landscape construction documents, specifications, professional
preparer's statement and landscape legend ordinance, irrigation construction
documents, and attendance to progress meetings, site inspections and
construction administration services.
- Gables on the Green located in Coral Gables, Florida.
Our services consisted of preparation of final landscape & irrigation
construction documents based on the revised site plan. Our services
also included rooftop planting, employed use of "Drip system" method
of irrigation.
- Ibis Cove - Phase I & II. This 2001 project,
a .8 acre site located in Hialeah Gardens, consisted of preliminary
site visit, preparation of a landscape zoning plan, preparation of
landscape and irrigation construction documents, preparation of a
landscape lighting plan and construction administration services.
