Relevant Experience /Hospitals and Medicals

• Memorial Hospital, Hollywood, Florida. Development of concept and Landscape Master plan for entire hospital campus. Other work at hospital included Landscape Architectural services for phase II development, cafeteria courtyard, parking garage, temporary entrance and psychiatric unit.
  
  
• North Ridge Medical Center, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Development of Existing Conditions plan which served to show the location of existing plant material along with their identification and recommendation for transplantation or removal. Development of concept and Landscape master plan for entire Hospital campus. Work also included Landscape Architectural services for entrance area and parking garage.
  
  
• Jackson Memorial Hospital - Mental Health & Diagnostic Treatment Centers. Development of Landscape and Irrigation plans from schematic phase through construction documents for the Diagnostic Treatment Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Work also included lighting design and entry feature design.
  
  
• University Hospital Ltd. / Columbia-HCA. Full Landscape and Irrigation design services and Construction Administration services for ER renovations. Work included site inspection preparation of landscape and irrigation construction documents, shop drawings, evaluation of existing materials. Also provided were construction detail, notes & specs and preparation of plans from preliminary phase through construction.
  
  
• Baptist Health Systems / South Miami Hospital - Parking Structure. Full Landscape and Irrigation design services for the hospital's parking structure. Including temporary and permanent relocation of several large royal palm trees.
  
  
• Baptist Hospital - Parking Garage #3. Services included the preparation of preliminary landscape design, landscape and irrigation construction documents, construction details, legend and notes, specifications, site inspections and show drawing review. The work also included the perimeter area of the parking garage. Also included the existing tree identification, removal and relocation, shade garden design and use of stones in landscape design.
