Relevant Experience /Commercial Facilities

• Courtyard by Marriott, Hollywood Beach, Florida - The 1.46 acre site project, located on Ocean Blvd. Between Carolina & Taft Streets, scope of services consisted of preparation of preliminary landscape plan, Landscape, Lighting & Irrigation Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. We also provided our services for the new port cochere entrance area, around the existing building, and for the existing parking lot where required and as instructed by the architect.
  
  
• Colony Theatre - Restoration and Stage House. Improvements, located at 1040 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach. This 2002 project scope of services consisted of preliminary site inspection, existing conditions plan, preliminary landscape plan, landscape and irrigation construction documents, attendance to meetings, preparation of specifications and construction administration services.
  
  
• Airways Hotel. This 2001 project, a 2.17 acre site located in Hialeah Gardens, consisted of preliminary site visit, preparation of a landscape zoning plan, preparation of landscape and irrigation construction documents, preparation of a landscape lighting plan and construction administration services.
  
  
• Martin Luther King Office Building & Parking Garage. This project, located on NW 62nd Street and 25th Avenue in Miami, began in 2001. Our services were to prepare preliminary landscape plans, evaluate conditions of existing plant material, landscape and irrigation construction documents, and provide construction administration.
